The Dyanix name change is applicable to the part of the company that has subsidiaries in Benelux, DACH, Iberia, Nordics and the UK. As one of the leading solutions providers, Dyanix focuses on its current thriving business as an expert in document capture and information management, and adds innovative solutions that enable digital transformation to its portfolio. Recently Spigraph went through a company restructuring. As a result, the European entity of Spigraph, except France, will be separated from the mother company and become Dyanix. For the French market, in which Spigraph is a well-known and strong brand, Spigraph will remain. Both Spigraph and Dyanix are part of Mediapps Innovation and will continue to work together closely.
